Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure. Completed KYC is a mandatory requirement for the processing of any withdrawal request.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure, subject to completion of all applicable wagering requirements, will be refunded to your primary payment method. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between Accounts.

Maximum single-event payout limits apply across all game categories and sports betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. bigpay88 reserves the right to cap payouts at the stated maximum regardless of the nominal outcome of the game or event.
